Cell Design: Optimized the layout and integration of workstations to streamline operations and reduce movement, which significantly enhanced efficiency.
Material Presentation and Line Delivery: Revised how materials were presented on the production line, ensuring that components were readily accessible to workers, thus minimizing downtime and errors.
Stocking and Inbound Logistics: Improved the management of inventory with strategic stocking methods and optimized inbound logistics to ensure a steady and reliable supply of materials.
