Moisés García.
$40M USD in supply chain savings from a single initiative. OEE from 41% to 70%. 25+ years of boots-on-the-ground transformation across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, mining, and energy.

Three ways Moisés ships operational value.
Interim operations & quality leadership.
Moisés takes the seat for manufacturing turnarounds and operational integration, on the plant floor where execution actually happens. Owns the operational P&L while the search runs.
Supply chain & working capital optimization.
Embedded with portco operations leaders on Lean Six Sigma, TPM, VSM, and Industry 4.0 deployments that move working capital out of the supply chain and into the P&L.
Operations leadership search.
Moisés partners with VDS to scope, source, and embed the full-time VP Operations, Plant Manager, or Chief Operating Officer who can carry the operating model. Placement comes with a 90-day onboarding plan.
Moisés García is an operations and supply chain executive who converts underperforming manufacturing operations into measurable enterprise value. Across 25+ years he has led large-scale transformations spanning automotive, aerospace, medical devices, mining, energy, and industrial manufacturing throughout North America, South America, and Europe — including a $40M USD supply chain savings initiative for a global flavors and ingredients company, an OEE improvement from 41% to 70% through TPM deployment, and 30%+ manufacturing lead-time reductions across multiple operations.
"Working capital doesn't show up on the deck. It's trapped in the supply chain. You move it by being on the plant floor — not in the boardroom."
His career pairs hands-on transformation consulting — with TBM Consulting, ARGO Consulting, and International/TAL Group — with operational and quality leadership inside Johnson & Johnson, Parker Hannifin, Schneider Electric, and FRISA Aerospace. He has run Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping programs and led Industry 4.0 deployments for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, earning the TBM President's Award and a top-three worldwide supplier project recognition from Rolls-Royce.
At VDS, Moisés leads operational and supply chain transformation engagements for PE-backed manufacturers and middle-market portfolios — operational turnarounds, working capital and supply chain optimization, and Lean and Industry 4.0 deployments that move a value creation plan from thesis to result. He holds an MBA in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a BS in Industrial Systems Engineering from ITESM, is a VSM Trainer certified by the Lean Enterprise Institute, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
